They may have cheap prices but they sure run a very unprofessional business. They need to update to the newest and fastest technology already, not having the capability to scan or fax or email is completely ridiculous, then when calling just to get a quote and later realizing that your credit card had actually been charged for insurance you never asked for isn't cool but Then even worse being hassled about returning the money because the former employee who "messed up" is no longer with the company.
