This guys saved my ass with a good insurance price sometimes they no answer phone but i see why because there always very busy. I dont care im glad I find this place, I had an accident in November called carlos to claim and one week I was paid I have progressive.

Really bad customer Service, the agent Carlos is a lier!!!I got my car insurance through Metro Area Insurance because someone recommended this agency to my husband. I regret the time I contacted this agent and got the insurance with them. Both the agency and the insurance company have horrible customer service, as they gave me the total premium of $825.00 for a 6 month contract, they made me enroll in automatic payment and they ended up charging more than $700. dollars for a 4 month insurance coverage. I had to cancel the insurance with them, by the way it is Foremost insurance. After 2 months of having the insurance with them, they started increasing the monthly payment without any previous notice. I called to find out why, The answer was that the garaging address had changed, first of all I gave them the correct address, it is ridiculous to think that I would live in one city but have the only car I use in a different location.
Then I called the agent and he admitted that he had made a mistake of putting the car location in a different address, but he told me he would find a way to fix his mistake. After 5 or 6 calls that I made trying to get this fixed, he said he could not do anything about it and the only thing I could do was cancel the insurance and I would get a refund for the amount of $206.61 another lie, since the insurance company did not give me a refund and on top of that they sent me a final invoice stating that I owed them money, and to pay or they will send me to collection.... Great!!!! Guess what I got tired of wasting my time but did file a report with DORA, (Department of Regulatory Agencies still waiting for a solution. DO NOT RECOMMEND THE AGENCY OR THE INSURANCE COMPANY, THEY HAVE A LICENCE TO STEAL YOUR MONEY.

If I could give 0 stars I would give 0 stars for the customer service...!! Absolutely cannot recommend this place - please look somewhere else.
Yes we saved some money on our insurance each month.. And till the point everything is runnig normal you will probably be satisfied...BUT when you want to change things or need assistance for a claim it is terrible.
We left messages on the mailbox, never got a call back.
When you reach the office you will hear "can you please hold" and then you will never hear back again.. Called in different days and times and waited 30+ minutes to talk to someone AFTER they put you on hold. But it seems they just forget about it or dont care..
We then decided driving there to talk to someone, but even that did not work. There was a sign telling us "will be back by 11:30am" but time actually was 1:00pm already..
This happened twice.. first time with the sign and second time even no sign.. just closed doors...
