Limited hours but unbelievable prices for Glendale residents. The class offerings were limited but good quality! It was pretty difficult to get on squat racks but other machines were always free.
The staff was always professional and kind.

Opening at 8:30am on Sunday is very inconvenient. They just moved the open area for stretching and ball work to right in front of the door. Could not have picked a more awkward place. The whole set up is bad. Hardly any abdominal equipment.
