Pricing is quite reasonable for rental grounds are pretty, even in the winter, ample parking,attached playground for the kiddos. Only drawback I can see is the location, which is totally not their fault, surrounding area is " historic" I.E little run down and traffic is a bear to contend with to get there. Overall, still on my maybe list
