The people here are really nice and try to help as much as they can. I needed to get a flu shot and my insurance didnt cover it, they helped me figure out what worked best for me. They really care about their customers.

I would rate this pharmacy a negative number if I could. I went in to fill a prescription and they gave me the wrong one. I need a particular brand for my medicine that even my doctor agreed to and wrote me a script for. I called in when I noticed it was incorrect and they said that it's basically the same thing and that I should just take it. The male on the phone gave me a lecture about how generic is basically the same thing as the brand name and I understand that but for my medication, I can't be switching constantly on brands. The male also had a bad attitude with me. It was horrible customer service and I am very disappointed. The CVS I normally went to would gladly fix their mistake but these pharmacists are unprofessional.

Constantly have had awful experiences at this pharmacy. I'm always treated like I don't know anything about the intramuscular injections I've been doing every two weeks for a year and a half now. The cost of my generic prescription was the same for nearly a year until I moved and transferred my prescription to this pharmacy. Now the cost of my generic prescription has gone up by $5 every time I've picked it up for the past three refills now. I was told by the woman working there that the discount card they use to run my prescription (since my insurance won't cover it) has prices that fluctuate like gas prices. I told her these price changes didn't start happening until I transferred to this new pharmacy and all I got was a restrained anger in her voice telling me that was how it worked. In the past, I've been treated like a child when they don't communicate clearly about what refills I have left and act like I'm in the wrong whenever they make a mistake.
I am never using this pharmacy again. They're unprofessional, they're rude, and they have zero customer service skills.

Extremely disappointed in this pharmacy. I've worked in retail and customer service throughout my life and would have never treated a customer like I was treated over the weekend! I got pinkeye and Target Optical was extremely helpful in working around their busy schedule to get me in and get me a prescription at the end of a busy Saturday. I arrived there just before 6 and ran over to the pharmacy after getting my prescription. It had just turned 6pm and the pharmacists had all the computers shut down. I asked if they were closing already and the woman at the counter said, "You have 10 seconds." First off - rude response. I explained the situation and that I just rushed over from Target Optical and was trying to pick up my eye drops. The group of gals working there just stared at me and the woman shrugged and said, "Sorry, we're closed, maybe try another pharmacy." Went to the Walgreens across the street who, also almost closing, took the time to get me my prescription. Needless to say I will NEVER go to the pharmacy and they will NEVER have my business. It is a shame, because I used to use Target Pharmacy all the time. Never will at this location, they were absolutely awful.

The pharmacists do not pay attention to directions, and put themselves before their customers. They will commit to special ordering a medication, then when you come to pick it up, it will be replaced by the generic alternative. Instead of acknowledging that they made a mistake, you'll get a lecture. Then when you try to change to a new pharmacy, they'll then tell you it was the doctor who wrote the prescription for the other generic (although you are the one that dropped off the prescription that clearly noted the specific generic you wanted AND the text message alerts directly from CVS clearly note the prescription you requested). Expect incredibly poor service, long turnaround times, no empathy and a lot of waiting around at this pharmacy.
