I called to ask if they would honor a coupon I found online and if I could just show it on my phone. They said yes to both. I get to the store and am told "Nooope" in the most condescending tone when I try to use my coupon. I can excuse the misinformation I was given on the phone, I can excuse the store not honoring the coupon, but the manner of the rude employee I dealt with was inexcusable. If their products were anything special maybe I'd get over it but I regretted buying their cheap nasty concentrates the one other time I've been there.

Usually a great selection of top quality buds. They usually have a few strains that aren't found in most the other dispensaries but prices will be on the steep side. If you can get one of their $99oz coupons they let you mix and match on select strains. I have been here minimum 6x and your personal experience will greatly vary depending on your bud tender. I have felt really welcome at times and also felt as a nuisance at others.

If the person behind the counter puts the wrong order in the bag and you get home and find out, good luck because you're now stuck with it, you can't exchange it for what you asked for because you're only allowed to be there once per day and then pay out the ass for a new order to correct their mistake. Then instead of talking to you like a normal person they patronize you. I was a good customer until this last major swindle.
