New West Physicians/Cherry Creek Internal Medicine offers it's patrons the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I was on time for my appointment, all paperwork filled out, and waiting for over 40 minutes without even being spoken to by a clerk, nurse, or doctor. They have absolutely no respect for a client's time or schedule even when that client is completely respectful of theirs. GO ELSEWHERE!!
