A&W deserves an F rating. To begin with, this location neglected to provide us with timely and accurate service. All members of my party experienced a failure to include each item that we ordered. This includes fries, milkshakes, utensils, and double patties. Additionally, the items we received were lukewarm at best. Although, the root beer is divine, it does not make up for the lackluster service and food. This failure to meet our orders forced us to spend a prolonged amount of time in the grimy lobby. Additionally, the staff had no interest in providing us speedy and friendly service. We do not deserve this service, and AMERICA does not deserve this service.

Do NOT buy food here! My daughter was given a hot dog that had hard weird growth on it. Unedible. They messed up the order to begin with then my kids couldnt eat It!

We are here in mid-afternoon on a Sunday, so not a busy time. The tables and chairs are dirty. It looks like there are only two employees here (we later noticed a third, in a red shirt, who appeared to be just standing around). The person ahead of us in line was there several minutes before anyone approached the counter to take his order. Other people there before us had to approach the counter multiple times to get their correct order. When the girl finally took our order her voice was barely audible and she basically stared like a passive zombie. Our order, over fifteen minutes after ordering, was incorrect and we weren't given our receipt. When we asked for it we got an eye roll and the receipt was crumpled and greasy.
