Worst KFC I've been to in any state. Out of 30 times there I've had 25 or more terrible experiences. The management/employees is incompetent and terrible! Ive never been so disappointed in an establishment ever. I should be eating there for free for life based on how terrible this place is

Food was fresh surprisingly... but guy at the window was a dick and got mad when I asked for sauce and forgot to give me my drinks. We asked for the food to be fresh and it wasn't old. Food was 8 out of 10. not sure if he was running to show by him self but it seemed that way other girl working there didn't do anything but complain about being at work on her phone.

Took FOREVER to get my food. Almost half an hour for 3 chicken tenders. Gentleman infront of me had famous bowls and he had already been waiting a bit and then they told him they ran out of corn and it'll be 10 minutes to make more and got attitude with him when he didn't say anything. He left May be 5 minutes before me so more than 10 minutes. Left, went to eat my meal and I don't have a spoon for my mashed potatoes. Had to ask for dipping sauce for my chicken tenders. I've been here twice now and had the same thing happen before months ago. Very rude and zero effort to get anything out in any kind of hurry.

I literally just waited 19 minutes in the drive threw line with only 1 car in front of me. I would of left if I wasn't stuck. Not only will I never be back but I'll never chance it again at KFC

They say they open at 10 AM, and when I came to the store at 10:15 AM they weren't open. I called and the person I spoke to said that he they were taking their time to open and his register was not even open.
I finally got in, and had some of the worst service I've ever experienced. The guy at the front didn't even greet me and when I asked for grilled chicken he said that they didn't even have it done and it would take 20 minutes. I finally ordered regular chicken I had been cooking for a while.
The place was also very filthy. They had boxes stacked up behind the register and the counter where we ordered was already dirty.
Whoever owns the franchise, should better manage it .
