My Daughter recently came in two days ago to get some food and brought it home she ate a few bites and discovered a roach in her food my baby has been sick for the last few day which we called and let them know what happened you want to offer credit I think not we did report this to the health inspector as a medical professional this is totally unacceptable we did take pictures and have seen primary care for this PLEASE BE AWARE OF YOUR FOOD!!!😠😠😠😠

My pad see ew had a large piece of twine in it. It was tied in a circle, but had it been untied it would have been approximately 12 inches long. Stir fried into my noodles. Because it had been cooked with my food, it was the same color, meaning I didn't see it and only discovered it when I chewed it. I contacted GrubHub, and they were very helpful and apologetic, but the restaurant was NOT. They refused to refund even the price of that item! I can accept that mistakes are made in a kitchen, but I'm furious that Moongate didn't care about making it right! I won't buy again from a company that cares so little about their customers.

This is an amazing Underrated place. I come here frequently and the food is much better than the usual Asian fast food. They have more variety (not just Chinese). I ordered the sweet and sour chicken, to compare it to other places, and It was the most well made of that dish I have had. All their dishes are amazing and I have never been disappointed. I would highly recommend it, if you want a quiet and tasty place to grab a bite.
The only downside people are bitching about is that they have no bathroom, suck it up you snowflakes, you don't go to get food to use the bathroom.

I thought this place had the best food,I was right until now. I went in this evening ordered food,as i am standing there i noticed roaches crawling on the water pitchers. I proceeded to pay for my food stood there for a second and told the cashier what I seen. He proceeded to remove the roach. I asked him in a joking way if my food would be okay back there ( he laughed ) and said they have been in business 15 years and yes my food would be fine. I stepped out side and decided there would be no way in hell I could eat the food. Went back inside lady had an attitude told me i should have requested a refund before they started cooking my food. WTH. Where there is one roach there are many more!
