I ordered for a group for pick up. For the third time they were out of a large quantity of what we wanted to order. How are you out of stuff first thing in the day??? How are you out of Homemade Lasagna (isn't it homemade?), chicken, salad dressing and even Chicken Parmesan??? Your an Italian Restaurant. Good food but how can you enjoy it when your always out of food?

Stopped in after going to GABF. Needed some sustenance before heading home. Staff was outstanding . Took time to explain things, made our party feel very welcome, even though we were the last customers of the night. Food was delicious.. would definitely recommend,

As a Colorado native, I have always enjoyed the Pasquini's experience. Back in the day, I would take my friends from out of town in to enjoy their excellent Italian fare and they were amazed at how such an excellent restaurant could be so unknown outside Denver
Well, that experience is gone to hell.
This place is simply awful now. From the waitress stacking several plates of bread sticks one on top of another to bring many out at once, to the bringing out of the wrong order.... three times.... to the unbelievable wait, it is simply not the same place. The kicker? I called the manager over ( some short lady with long brown hair and horned rim square glasses in case anyone caring about their restaurant reads this) to our nearly full table of terrible food, told her the experience I used to have, say, 13 years ago, to which the manager replied, and I quote:
"Well 13 years ago I was 12 so I have no idea what you are talking about"
Well.... we left right then and there without eating a single thing from that table of terrible food
I am not kidding. That's what the manager of this place said!
Luckily there are other, better places that are not run by this kind of energy.

Pasquinis makes one of the best pizzas I've ever had.
Unfortunately tho, the service pretty bad.
When I ordered, I was told my pizza would be ready in 1-1:15 hrs. I showed up at about 1:20 hrs. When I got there I was told it'd be a minute. Which was fine, I like to practice patience.
But I waited a half hour sitting there. Which, still isn't the worst thing in the world.
The worst part about it, was that my pizza was cold when i looked at it.
And it really sucks to ruin a delicious pizza by putting it back in the oven and baking the crust too much.

This by far is the best Pizza in the state of Colorado. If I could, I would give it 10 out of 5 stars. The way the sauce, cheese, and crust meld together to create such a heavenly creation will blow your mind. They not only have amazing pizza, but good dessert, a good waitstaff, and they get your food out to you in a short time.
