Best Pho I've had in Denver. This place is full but they seat you quickly. The parking situation can get a little hairy but it's better than it was. I like the vegetarian pho here, though they've changed how they cooked the tofu so it's not as good as it used to be. Flavor is still excellent though.

Super popular and busy place. Its always packed when we go. The portions are huge and at great prices. The last time I went, tho, the flavor was off. And the waiter disappeared after giving us our food. Couldn't get more water and the nearby waiter ignored us like we didnt exist. Weird. I guess our waiter decided to go on his break or something.

As a Vietnamese-American, I eat Pho all my life. This place is hand-down the best place in Denver (even though there are many new places out there). Here is the reason why they only get 3/5 stars from me.
If you go on the wrong day, they will have missing ingredients. Yes, they won't have everything out for you. Also, if you go here too early, their soup might not have enough time to cook and it tastes blanch. If you go here too late, their soup might be blanch too because they probably added water to make more soup and will not have enough time to cook. Also, they seems to have many chefs because 4 out of 10 times, it's too salty and taste weird. I still go here because I have not find a replacement yet. Occasionally, their soup will be good. Feel like gambling here.
