Staff were disorganized and seemed inexperienced. Women's bathroom had only one accessible stall (the other was locked with no one inside) and the floor had several paper towels scattered. Messy. Only available stall had no toilet paper. For such a nice area, this Qdoba is rundown. Yuck. Yuck. Yuck. Dirty everywhere. They should shut down before the health department does. Food cold, stale. Staff on their phones. Don't waste your money.

Not all Qdoba restaurants are created equal, this place was under staffed, tables were not wiped down, napkins and plastic ware were not stocked, and the trash was over flowing. Compared to the Qdoda we normally go to on Wadsworth and Bowles, this place is a wreck.

Are they simply always hiring new people for this location? I have been numerous times and the employees need to tag team my order because one of them always needs help. It's also a little off putting when they have to pull up their pants numerous times while preparing your meal. They also had no chips, this is a poorly managed location.

Very dissapointing. I didn't know where to sit because every table in the dining room was dirty! The employees were not friendly. It was obvious they didn't want to be there.

Trendy Mexican food. Nice indoor-outdoor dining areas and bar option. Good menu variety. Liked that they refried black beans as an alternative to the usual pinto. The food was good to okay. However, five stars for our waiter Aaron who was personable and worked hard to upsale our orders with appetizers, fancy drinks, and desserts. Not many young people taking pride in being good at what they do anymore.
