Great friendly service, the things I notice are all the Ketchups were full, I buzzed right through the line. Restaurant is half full and nobody is whining. My first time inside and so far so good!

I called 3 times and it wont connect me to anyone. That was Today 10/30/2017, the last time I visited was around 3 weeks ago the lady took my order twice over the phone and when I showed up the lady I talked to denied taking my order. Then she stated "we were busy". Im a customer and I feel out of the 25 to 30 times I have eaten at this location I have had to deal with childish employees everytime.

We ordered online to pickup for our Dinner last night (08/01/2017), We ordered the Red Robin Gourmet Cheeseburger and Whiskey River BBQ Wrap. When we got to the restaurant they could not locate our order and somehow forgot that they had online orders... When we got home our meals were VERY poorly put together! The burger looked slopped together and the fries were not complete, They also failed to include the side of ranch. The Whiskey River BBQ Chicken Wrap was also very poorly wrapped and slopped together... The side salad was just some basic lettuce with no traditional vegetables, They also forgot to include the requested dressing for the salad. In addition to this, The burger gave my girlfriend food poising later that night, she had thrown it all up. I have never felt the need to write a review until now... Very poor responsibility for food, and attentions to the order. I do not recommend this place.

We went in after the movie Sunday evening around 6:30pm we ordered a shake and we were told that we were too late and they don't make shakes this late, are you kidding me you are open till 8pm and you quite serving shakes at 6:30pm. Additionally the place was a mess trash hanging out of the bins. This place needs new managers the current staff does not care about their Brand. We will take our business across the street to Five Guys. Z

No idea what's happened to this place. We usually eat here at least twice a month and it's just getting worse and worse. This last visit we waited 15 minutes at the counter before someone was willing to take our order, then another 40 minutes for food. When our order did arrive it was wrong and the burgers were all burned, like hockey puck burned. This place used to be really great and our favorite stop before hitting the theater across the street. Now it's so dirty. The ladies room never has any paper products, or a lid on the tank of the toilet. The service had also gone down hill. Staff is indifferent at best, but most often rude as if they are angry they have to serve customers. It's a real shame.
