It was our first time eating at the cheesecake factory and we were not disappointed. The appetisers and mains were delicious. Then we got to the desserts which were even better. Our waiter (I think his name was Dennis) was very helpful which was especially important considering we were unfamiliar with the menu. I've never left any kind of review before in my life but we were that impressed with the cheesecake factory that we wanted to leave our opinion.

I could have had a better meal at Chuck E. Cheese. Husband and I went here for our anniversary and were given terrible seating. The staff constantly leaned over our food and interrupted is to talk with other staff. We had four different waiters that couldn't care less about us and treated us terribly. Bread sticks took twenty minutes to make to our table when people who had just arrived were on their second basket. When we finally received our meal we were given a very large plate, but hardly any food (we shared our meal and asked in advance how much food we would be getting, so we were very disappointed to see it was hardly enough for one person). Then the pasta wasn't cooked all the way through, there were bones and grissel in the chicken, and overall the meal was not worth the price. I was embarrassed by how we were treated and felt like we were just an inconvenience. We're good people that give good tips, and we rarely write a bad review but this was the exception... Not a single person working was worth giving a tip to and that's saying something to me. We've had bad service before but have never left a place feeling as regretful as we did tonight.

The staff was very courteous and pleasant. Food was amazing, probably the best location in Colorado. I will say, the seating was not so nice because it feels a little communal but I understand. It's a very busy location and it doesn't feel justified to put 2 people in a large booth. Overall, great experience!

As overseas visitors to the US we love The Cheesecake Factory chain - the sheer choice of food is amazing! But in all the years visiting various branches I can easily say this was an abnormally bad experience and ruined our evening. The food took 40 minutes to arrive and my meal and side dish was barely warm. I was taken aback when our waiter nonchalantly asked if I wanted him to go and reheat it. I understand that they are running a large kitchen and sometimes things can get muddled up, but it’s how the staff respond to issues that is important. Past experience has always been of professional wait staff, but this wasn’t the case tonight. Having watched my husband eat his entire meal (which he enjoyed at least), I assume what was a manager came over and offered me a soup or salad whilst I waited (it had already been 15 minutes by then). I just wanted my food and asked him to check on it. Long story short I finally got my food, but the entire experience was awful and our waiter Christophe basically ignored us for the rest of the evening, and the manager never once checked back as you would expect. We finally got our bill and was charged in full for the poor evening.

My wife and I went in for dinner and the menu was a little overwhelming, but after making our decision, everything was fresh and tasty. The waiter was nice and helpful and didn't try to push too much food on us. He knew we wanted to eat light and have a piece of Cheesecake so his suggestions were perfect for our preferences. I appreciate the honesty about portion sizes. The Skinny menu was a nice addition.
