I don't understand how this place went from being a weekly venture of mine to dreading going here at all!.... The food is decent still yes, but unless one of the guys is there, good luck placing an order! I was waiting to place an order today and five minutes later, those two ladies were still talking and ignoring me as if wishing me to go away.... Wish granted!...
Call this place Muerto Burrito because besides only a few employees that work part time that actually acknowledge people, the service here is dead.... I'll spend my $$ at El Camaron Loco from now on.... Granted it's not near my job, but the food is delicious and made to order, around the same price, and the service is way more alert and hospitable even when it's packed full of people, everyone gets served!.... RIP Viva

Worst customer service ever, walked in to order a breakfast burrito took 20min for anyone to notice I was waiting to order. I was the only person in the place. When a woman working finally came to take my order she walked up and said “what do you want” then rolled her eyes at me, In disgust that I was even standing there, then walked off as I was ordering! Then another woman came up and said “sooo what do you want”, again in disgust. At that point I asked to speak to the manager and they told me “they were the managers”. Are you kidding me? I tried calling to speak to someone that is in charge of this place but, surprise surprise, no one answers. Terrible place, literally saw cockroaches on the ground as I walked in the door. Honestly I’m glad I didn’t eat there after reading the Google reviews seems like most people have gotten food poisoning from this godforsaken place. Hopefully the health department shots this place down as soon as possible.

DON'T EVER EAT HERE!!!!

I just got FOOD POISONING from this place and threw up for about half an hour.
While ordering two, very simple 4 ingredient burritos, the incompetent non-English speaking drive through host gave me one burrito which had the wrong ingredients. Corrected her and then proceeded with the order. She then gave me the wrong ingredients yet again. 4 ingredients. This person does not know basic communication skills as I also repeated the ingredients in Spanish. Still wrong.

So I took what I was given and left to not deal with her incompetence any further. After eating the food, two hours passed and I began to vomit. ONLY spewing up the ingredients which were in the burrito I recently ate.

Great Mexican food at a good price. Only downside is that this place always takes forever to prepare your order so if you are looking for a quick bite to eat and are short on time this is not a place I would recommend. I have been eating here for at least 10 years and it amazes me that they have done nothing to improve the speed with which your food is prepared. Worth the wait though.
