I fell and scratched the lens of my glasses that I purchased a few months ago. I was shocked when the manager handed me a new pair at no charge. It made my day! Thanks.

I have bought 4 pair from other locations. This one has horrible service. Unfortunate for sunglass hut. I would not do business here.

Staff were helpful and extremely good customer service. They posted a copy of my receipt to Australia because I lost it.
I would definitely recommend to all.

The woman in charge was fantastic! Great customer service! She repaired my glasses and didn't charge a penny. I donated to their charity instead. Its rare to find such great service!
