There are many talented therapists at this location, but the manager, Janelle Nansen has no customer service skills and therefore does not provide customer service training for the front desk staff. I am leaving this location due to poor management.

I didn’t feel a bit of difference, probably worse not better than when I came in. The person didn’t seem to have any experience, she seemed to just do certain motions without much effect. I had way better massages where I felt amazing for a week afterwards! This one not even few mints afterwards! Very disappointing!

DO NOT GO HERE. I read the bad reviews and tried to like this place anyway, but they proved their incompetence. My massages were wonderful, which makes it worse that their employees and management are TERRIBLE. I used a gift card that was a gift with an anonymous amount, and on the first day there was told it had a balance of $250. The employee even wrote the amount right on the card. Later I was told it had a balance of $49.99, which I found an odd amount for a gift card. A MANAGER told me in person she would credit my account for $250 to honor what the first employee told me. The communication and organization was so bad over there that I had to spend 15 minutes explaining what happened to whichever employee was working each visit, which I found so stressful that it negated the entire massage. On my most recent visit, they flat out refused to honor their word and give me the remainder of my credit quoting, "they had already done enough for me," and this time my card only had $9.99 on it! I had to walk away without my massage, and their wonderful massage therapist didn't get her client. I'm also left wondering if I'm getting shorted what my gift card had on it at one time. LUCKILY, because I had the gift card, I never put a real credit card on file, which they kept trying to get me to do every time. If this experience doesn't scare you away, you should also know that parking near here is AWFUL. It took me 25 minutes one day, which cut into my massage. Later they told me that I could have parked at orange theory and they would validate it, but that they didn't want people to know they do that. I also found that off-putting. Additionally, their rooms are not very warm, and I was cold during all my massages.

Came to this location with my fiance for our anniversary for a couples massage. I was very dissatisfied with the level of service we received.

I had a spinal fusion about 7 years ago and get massages monthly to help with pain management. I have never left a massage feeling worse then when I went in. Until visiting this location. The massage therapist seemed to not really be into it. It felt like the therapist was just going through the motions. During the scalp and neck portion the way my neck kept being moved gave me a stiff neck. The other portions of the massage were just as lack luster. I just remember thinking is this over yet? I left feeling terrible.

My fiance has a similar experience. She had her hair all done up for the night. Her therapist kept messing with her hair while having some sort of lotion on his hands she kept moving to keep him from messing with her hair. Finally she asked for a towel for her hair and he gives her a wet towel. When she asked for a dry one he said he didn't know where one was. Apparently thought the massage he was dripping sweet all over her. With out going into details she described him as very creepy in the way he was massaging her.

We originally had a 2 hour massage scheduled so glad I knocked it down but wish I would have avoided this place all together. Go to massage heights instead.
