If anyone needs a quality gym with controlled membership to limit crowds, offers a full spa, and seriously the most amazing trainers (Especially Jordan Parker). I have been trying to lose weight and they have literally been getting me in shape. I love the staff, managemenr (Dave and Blythe) and community here. If you need a more private gym, but with lots of care, this is your place.

The staff and trainers are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. The steam rooms are always clean and the covered parking is a huge plus. I’ve never had to wait for equipment in the gym. Big thanks to Dave and Blythe for bringing me into the best gym in Denver!

My girlfriend and I received facials here and it was wonderful.!The facility is clean and relaxing - and the staff is super nice and helpful. As for the facial, I got the Microdermabrasion/Cold Stone and it was the best thing I've done all month. I would highly recommend visiting and using Kaitlyn Walker as your esthetician.

My experience at Matrix Fitness and Spa was wonderful. I had a quality massage that untied my many knots, and afterwards I enjoyed an awesome yoga class. The staff was welcoming and the space was meticulously clean with a great ambiance... I would highly recommend this spa!

AMAZING!! I had a full body massage done by Keith and he was so great. Definitely recommend. Truly enjoyed myself--best massage I've ever had! Ambiance and atmosphere was beautiful and customer service was wonderful. 10/10!
