I came here because the reviews were great and was told my stylist had expertise in balayage. I asked for natural-looking warm blonde balayage and ended up with brassy orange-yellow streaks. I even have a line where one color ends and another begins, not natural at all. The stylist didn't put me under heat to process, just left the color on for 15 minutes then rinsed. No wonder it lifted orange. I didnt really have a chance to question it because the stylist seemed in a hurry to be done and get to her next appointment. For over $200 my hair shouldn't look like this. Now I have to pay even more for a color correction somewhere else, as I don't trust them to try and fix it. This was absolutely disappointing and I won't be back.

Oh my god the pedicures. This is the kind of spa you go to for a relaxing, incredibly pampered experience.
The space has soft music, no talking, cozy chairs that fully recline. They cover your eyes with a mask the entire time, spritz with various aromatics, incorporate massages at every step. Every step of the pedicure is thoughtful and total luxury!!
They use Vinylux polish and have a great selection of colors as well.

I LOVE this salon! Sonya Burch is a fantastic hair stylist. She is honest, fun to talk to and a true consultant! I just started doing bayalage a year ago and it always looks AMAZING! I recommend this salon to anyone looking for a good price and great service!

I highly recommend Rio and Ran. Jose cut and styled my hair wonderfully. His passionate and and meticulous nature was evident throughout my experience. He also took the time to give tips for keeping the look I was going for after my haircut. R&R also had a very friendly, welcoming environment. If you are looking for a new place or new to town, go to Rio and Ran and ask for Jose! You won't be sorry.

Being relatively new to town, I was looking for a local salon for a pedicure similar to one I had liked in my old city. Based off of location and the great reviews, I chose to book an appointment here. I did everything online and was able to get in with Regina two days from when I went online. The service was amazing - everyone was extremely nice and professional. The pedicure was insanely relaxing and the price was unbelievable. For such an expensive city, I expected the price to be astronomical but it was so reasonable that I started telling all of my friends about it AND plan on being a regular customer. I have starting looking at other services they provide as well. There is definitely a reason their rating is so high. Very impressed and I will be back soon!
