Great Experience! Friendly staff and technicians. Technicians are thorough to keep your skin safe around sun exposure in between treatments and recommended products and adjusts treatment frequencies as needed based on hair growth. Digital notification appointment reminders.
Only complaint is that they book up quickly since they are so popular.

Great customer service, quick too. As long as you make it on time to your appointments there is no problem and they are flexible on rescheduling your appointments. Also I love how their hours or operation work with my schedule (they have later afternoon available and on Saturdays) I have had 5 appointments for one area and am seeing some reduction and no problems.

I have to admit that I had many options for laser treatment other than Simplicity and at competitive price ; However, one of their Laser Technician in Denver Location, Cassandra , was the one that made me a loyal , satisfied, happy customer to this place, deciding to stay with them versus others ! She is so knowledgable of the detailed description of the human body and the Hair removal process and explains what is best for the customer and why. She is extremely patient and very professional and loves her job. She went out of her way to do the best not to make me feel pain and gave me the best Before and After care advices.
Simplicity are sure winners by having such a great employee that reflects a great image to their company's name and services!

I had my first facial with Brenda and she is awesome. The service is A1. The infrastructure is clean, update and very nice ambiance. I wanted to leave a tip but I did not have cash so I gave them my credit card but they did not have a the POS machine.
