I got a shellac Manicure and it only lasted 8 days. I'm really bummed I spent the money and time here. I went back in to talk to them about the bad quality. She said she would give me $5 dollars off and grantee it this time for 2 weeks. They should have guaranteed the service from the beginning. I won’t be going back.

First time getting shellac and lasted only 2 weeks. ALWAYS loved snappy nails but it's getting old having to pay so much (also get snickered at) when you don't accept the "delxue " pedicure . I swear they do it every time !
Been going there over 2 years but now that I've paid soooo much for the shellac it should've stayed way longer than 2 weeks.

The WORST. DO NOT GO HERE! I'm a professional in the industry and simply went to treat myself and ended up wasting 4 hours my money and My nails are destroyed! My nails are absolute trash.
I went in originally and spent over an hour and a half for a very simple set of dip powder nails. Jenny ignored my wants and request. I hated my nails and they were $50. I went back the next day to ask nicely for a refund which tgey wouldnt give me and just argued that they could fix my nails. Which i didnt want (I'm a salon manager myself I was just treating myself away from work.) And I spent an additional 2+hours while they took off my nails which was painful and unhealthy and destroys your nails. Then my nail tech proceeded to tell me joke about how his name calling himself a "nice hoe". He said his specialty was his abilities with coffin and stilleto shaped nails. Which is a lie because they are all different shapes and sizes. So leaving frustrated unsatisfied and having wasted now 4 hours in this salon. The product was all over my cuticle they're uneven and jagged and started cracking and lifting in 4 days. The WORST "nail salon" do not let the pretty atmosphere sway you.

Place looked nice and I was quickly seated, prices looked good. I told them I wanted a full set of acrylic nails coffin shape and he starts taking off my old nails. When he finished he told me it would be $55...ummmm WHAT! I told him I would go somewhere else and still got charged $10 to take off a few nails.

VERY POOR customer service,
With a big language barrier.
They love to push their Shelac and if you refuse they rush you.
They need to listen to their customer and stop pushing extra service with hidden charges. If I want it I would have ask for it to begin with. Instead of relaxing it's an uncomfortable atmosphere because they Rudely talk among themselves in their native language .. It's just RUDE!
NEVER coming back and would advise people not to go there.
