I have visited the Belvedere location a number of times but since they closed it, had to go to the Hyatt location. I was not impressed at all. We paid for the same package and expected the same treatments. It was a big disappointment. My sister and I went as usual and we both were reminded on a number of occasions that we were only getting 40, not 45 minute treatments even though it clearly says 45 on the website, there is no steam room, but nobody told us this, the changing room is shared with the pool and is wet and dirty towels everywhere, a hotel worker in a suit was just walking through the tiny hallway while we were sitting in our robes, no footbath that was promised, not tea, there is no aroma therapy, the room is tiny, and although I enjoyed the same people from the other location, they were trying to sell add ons during the less than 40 minute treatments and we had to buy one of them to get even close to the same treatment as we got the last time. The difference is night and day. I will not return to this location. It's very sad actually, that was my favorite place to be and my husband bought the package for me as a Mother's Day gift because he knows how much I loved it there. I will not return.

My husband and I wanted a relaxing weekend getaway. I'm not sure how we found Spa Universaire, but we loved the experience. They took great care of us. We will head back next time we need a break!

Amazing...starting from Troy at the reception desk to Jessica who did one of the best facials..her detail to my eyebrow waxing was superb. Three months post knee surgery and Ashley did a great job massaging the knee and giving me tips in helping me to heal. Next the most amazing nail tech ever, Kristen..thanks for coming over from the Hyatt..it was a real pleasure meeting all of you and YOU all made my "date weekend" with my husband that more special.
I called three different Spa's before selecting Universaire and chose Universaire because of Troy answering my questions..even over the phone he made me feel special and that is what I got from checking in to checking out. I will return to Universaire for my next spa day. Thanks guys for a great day.

I recently took advantage of the spa services offered by Spa Universe and was very pleased. I got a basic body massage to get some muscle relaxation and stress release. I left very loose and relaxed. The service was great. The staff was friendly. They answered all of my questions about the services offered. The facilities were great. Very clean and well kept. I will definitely be returning.
