Great customer service but an unfortunately poor color application. For a $300 cut and color, I am highly regretful and will not return.

Mary H did an absolutely fabulous job on my hair. I have baby fine thin hair and she was able to do what no one else has done...find a style that works on my type of hair. I have received so many compliments on the cut that Mary did. If you are looking for the perfect cut for YOU, please go and see Mary! Many thanks Mary H for all you did!!!!!

Mary H recently gave me a new cut and style. She was just wonderful, so friendly and really professional. I was a little nervous about whether the style I had picked out would look good on me. She assured me it would look cute- and she was right. I have gotten so many compliments. Thanks, Mary, for the excellent service!

I have super thick hair and Mary H knows how to approach my fro 😉 She's fun and adventurous with hair- not afraid to try new things. The best color I've ever had was with her including rose gold! Her cuts are precise and amazing as well. As if she couldn't get any better she cuts all three of my boys hair. She has an extra Barbershop license and does the BEST men's cuts I've ever seen! I would never go to anyone else! Try her out I promise you will not be dissapointed! Awesome front staff as well! - Dina Rose

One of the WORST experiences I have ever had at the Downtown Denver Veda. I went in for a simple women's haircut and received the worst customer service. While I was getting my hair washed, a door broke off one of the cabinets, not a huge deal. However, the front desk man sure made it seem to be and made sure that my stylist felt bad about it, even though it was clearly an accident. From there, my stylist did not listen to one word I said. I had to let her know three times that I part my hair down the middle, even after she had already started cutting it. She also combed through my hair wet, which is fine, however, she RIPPED through the tangles at the end, even after she had cut it. Worst experience I have ever had while going in for a trim, and it's safe to say i've gotten my hair cut about 100 times. Worst customer service experience I've ever had and I still had to pay FULL PRICE of $50!!!! Hair stylist: Mary
