Response and revision: After reading the owners half-hearted response I now know that everything I said was true. First of, I gave 24 hrs notice to your business of complete cancellation because your artist could not do something simple as respond to my emails about design, which as someone who is running a business would want the client's simple request to be met, but if you want to throw business at me, you are the first tattoo parlor that ever asked for a deposit from me, and I have gotten tattoos in major cities before, so do not believe your high and mighty response on that has weighted merit. If you choose to believe the misconception that all this right, that the customer is a friend, then perhaps the problem is your artist whom showed up 25 minutes late to the consultation which is very poor business. If I showed up that late for a client, I would be fired. But I am guess the buddy system in place, that would never happen. I will stick with shops that actually know how to communicate with there clients rather than be dismissive. Good luck with your endeavors.

Don't be swayed by friends and family reviews, most all of these are to bring in business with false promises. I set out to get a memorial tattoo, something that shouldn't be discarded as a run of the mill flash piece. I gave my idea, made my appointment, and gave a deposit which was a first. Never did they say that if I needed to cancel all together that my $50 was theres for good. I had to reschedule my first appointment, but had given my artist everything he needed to for what I had hoped would be a memorial to my father that passed away early this year. In my email I also asked a few questions pertaining to length he was thinking it would be, and a general idea of cost so I was sure I had everything in place. No response was given as my appointment drew near, no call was given to verify time or as any questions on my design. In other words, he didn't care one bit since of course I wasn't anything that would further his career or his night life. I have run across this at numerous tattoo parlors around town, if your not female, you are a burden to them. When I finally cancelled and was told for the first time my money wouldn't be refunded I knew that it was shady and were just money grubbing. I recommend going anywhere else but here. But if anyone knows some place that does actually care about clients by all means tell me, because Denver is letting me down.

Got an amazing tattoo from Chad Stewart. He did it freehand and it turned out wonderfully! It was the least amount of skin trauma out of all the tattoos that I have ever gotten. Highly recommended.

These artists treat you as an individual. Your skin is in good hands after all its forever. That being said, I've trusted William Thidemann with my work since 1994 and will continue as long as he will.
