Destiny Kimble was AMAZING! My husband and I were hesitant and not necessarily sure about the next step of moving into a new home after 15 years, despite the necessity. She was very understanding. We never felt pushed or like she was trying to sell us something we didn't really want. She was very patient albeit dealing with picky buyers. She also listed our home which sold in less then 24 hours.

Hands down the best agent you will ever meet. If you are a first time home buyer or are sick of trying agent after agent with no results, please give Kimberly Rand a shot. You will not be disappointed!!!

Jen Wilburn was wonderful! We managed to get our first offer, in no small part to her excellent approach to bidding. Unlike some of our friends' experiences with real estate agents, Jen listened to what we wanted in a home and found us several homes that matched exactly what we wanted.
Not only was Jen awesome, but all of the people she connected us with--financing, title, overall inspector, sewer inspector, structural engineer, roofing check-up, etc.--were awesome too. She was always on top of what we needed to do, helped us keep up with the confusing set of deadlines, and always willing to talk over contentious points with the buyer's agent.
I can also say that I immensely respect the fact that, at one point, when a possible safety issue arose, she recommended that we not go through with the sale unless it was rectified (it was). That, beyond all else, showed that Jen was willing to put our needs and wants above even her own. She is a world-class real estate agent and gave world-class customer service. Six stars out of five.

Kimberly was amazing to work with. I would highly recommend her! As a first time homebuyer she walked me through every step of the process and made it a great experience. She is very knowledgeable with the area and very responsive. I can’t thank her enough for all her hard work she put in for helping me find my first home. I will definitely work with Kimberly again in the future.
