Have brought my dog here twice, once for routine checkup and once for emergency care. The staff and nurses have been consistently friendly and helpful. Prices were on the high side but reasonable for a decent local neighborhood vet. However on both visits the doctor was condescending and did not even try to engage with me when I brought up challenging conversations about care, which is a deal breaker for me.

Can't say enough good things about this place. Just took my dog Finn in there for the first time and had the best experience at a Vet that I have ever had. Highly recommend.

The employees and vets here are the nicest! My dog has severe anxiety and have trouble going to the vet, they were so paitent and caring. Very good quality pet care

I brought my dog in for a check up because she was limping. The doctor came into the room and looked at my dog, did the usual standard check up. Turns out my dog needs ACL surgery. Now normally X-rays are done before quotes are given. I was told that the surgery would cost roughly $4000, that's without knowing 100% what is wrong with her. Just by feeling my dog it was confirmed ACL surgery was needed. I asked the doctor why an X-ray wasn't done first to determine this. The doctor said that it was obvious what it was by feeling her leg. Well other veterinary clinics I have called have all said that an X-ray is needed first to determine the exact injury and the exact cost. This doctor straight up quoted me without an X-ray first. I used to love this vet because of the good reviews and great pricing. I did however receive the quote and without the X-ray first it's just under $4000! Why do the X-Rays on the day of the surgery? Doesn't make sense, why do I feel like I am getting ripped off? Time to find a better vet :-(

I switched to this vet office about a year ago because (a) it was closer to my house and (b) all the amazing 5-star reviews. I am very pleased to report that the facility is very clean and the staff are very friendly! However, I just took my senior cat there a couple days ago because I suspected a kidney or UT infection. Both the vet and the vet tech were wonderfully nice...but they insisted they could not draw blood or urine without putting my cat under anesthesia—and guess what? The anesthesiologist couldn't do it today, so I'd have to make another appointment to bring her back another day (and pay for another office visit plus sedation). When I asked why they couldn't just draw blood and urine without sedation (they've done it before), the vet explained that because my cat (who weighs 8 pounds, has no claws, and is missing half her teeth) is "too feisty" and handling her is a "safety issue" and the vet tech is new and "doesn't feel comfortable" handling my cat. I was completely aghast. Isn't this a veterinarian's office? And aren't there other vets and vet techs here today who could take two minutes of their time to help examine my cat? Shouldn't I be able to bring my cat in for treatment and—oh, I don't know—expect to receive treatment? Furthermore, isn't part of becoming veterinarian or a vet tech—oh, I don't know—learning how to handle real, live animals who are experiencing stress and discomfort, possibly pain? Being a vet isn't about putting band-aids on teddy bears. I can't keep giving money to people whom I can't rely on to provide the very service I'm paying for, and I can't keep taking time off work to come to additional appointments because the office doesn't schedule staff who "feel comfortable" handling my pet. This encounter left me completely befuddled. I won't be going back.
