We visited several times when we were looking for a new dog to add to our family. At first, I wasnt thrilled with having to meet with each dog that we were interested in. I'm used to walking past kennels, but I learned this process allows you to immediately access the dogs personality and energy level to make sure the dog is a good fit. I also like how the staff is very honest about each dog. When we went in to meet with Abe, our three kegged black lab, the staff gushed about him. He immediately bonded with us and our little Chihuahua. We were very happy with our adoption experience.

We just adopted a cat here this weekend and I was very impressed with this clean and well run facility. All the animals I interacted with seemed happy and well cared for and the staff seemed very caring and knowledgeable. I saw so many cats I liked I was having a hard time figuring out who would be the best fit so I told a staff member what we were hoping for in a cat and she kindly helped us narrow down our choices. They checked my references and were in contact with me every step of the way. Our new cat just had our first night in our home and she is warming up to us. I think she is going to be a great fit with our family. Thanks, Maxfund! Edit: the pet carrier they have there are very well priced! I spent almost twice as much at the pet store when getting supplies for the new kitty.
