After being in an accident that was no fault of my own the staff there have been very helpful and accommodating.
Thank you so very much.
However the office in Johnston Iowa is lacking the wonderful customer service skills the staff has at the SE 6th Street store in Des Moines has.
The African American man took over without asking the young man that was helping me. He was rude to both of us and had no clue what was going on with my rental. Shame on him.

I have rented several cars from Enterprise. They are always clean and we'll maintained, and the customer service is always excellent.
Even when they are very busy each customer is given individual attention. Great job guys!!!!

The employees were very nice and good. Unfortunately the ford we rented did not meet our expectations. There was not enough head room for a 6 foot tall man, and getting in and out was difficult with my husband constantly hitting his head. This car seemed to be too small to be mid sized.
