I've been to numerous dentists in my lifetime. Other dentists are always booked months in advance and take forever when there's an emergency. That is not the case with this location. Bottom line, this office sees a lot of patients and you will have to wait here and there but your work will get done swiftly. I laugh when I read the few crazy posts from people giving the warning to stay away. Last time I was there I spoke with three people in the lobby and they were all referred from previous patients. They must be doing something right.

Great place and amazing stuff. First when I was start whole procedure of mini implants I was not really happy with this place. Talking to doctor Walid Fatah and Jason Jodolin I was reasured that on the end I will be happy. They are both amazing every time and very profesional. Doctor Walid is always there to help people and always greet me with smile.

The staff at this location are simply FANTASTIC! I was in a bind because my previous dentist didn't order the correct X-ray panels necessary for the Peace Corps medical requirements. They got me in within less than 24 hours of my call and were able to get me the documentation that I needed at no cost to me! (I appreciate this incredibly because, at the moment, I have no insurance). The staff was super helpful and friendly and I wish I could remember the name of the dental assistant who helped me through it all because she was simply a phenomenal human being :) Great experience and help from this team, would definitely recommend to others as they literally uplifted my day and took away my deadline anxiety!

Absolutely awful experience! I was having severe tooth pain. Aspen said they could get me in. They did a consult and recommended a root canal. I could not afford that, so I asked for extraction of the tooth instead. The doctor became immediately annoyed and told me he couldn't do it that day. He sent me home with a low dose of pain medication. It turns out that the tooth was abscessed, and that he should have given an antibiotic too. Long story short, my mouth swelled to a size of a golf ball, and I was in extreme pain for 2 more days until I found someone somewhere else to finally extract the tooth. Don't waste your time with these people.

My experience with Aspen Dental, Merle Hay Road receives 5 stars. Dr. Fatah is an excellent dentist with a very comforting manner to make one feel totally at ease. He is one of a kind! His staff is also very helpful and knowledgeable in everything they do to make the visit pleasant. I recommend them to everyone!
