Hubby has been Dr. Winter's patient three years+ with excellent care. Today Dr. Winter explained treatment options. His staff prepared cost estimates, comparisons and gave us a printout including insurance estimated coverage and our expected costs. We couldn't be happier with their services.

Worse dentist office I've been to. The doctor don't stop talking long enough for you to explain your pain, he insinuates you are a drug user if you say the Tylenol 3's don't cut the pain and he is very rude. He kicks people out of his office because he won't shut up long enough for anyone to talk and tells you he is reporting to your insurance so you will lose it. I would never recommend this dentist to anyone. If anything I highly recommend NEVER going there!!

I could not be more disappointed :-(

I went in for a consultation, to see if Dr. Winter could help with my tooth sensitivity. Dr. Winter spent time answering my questions, and even explained the underlying cause behind my concerns. I believe Dr. Winter is highly competent and skilled at what he does. HOWEVER the billing team is a whole different story! I asked the woman at the checkout desk twice, to make sure I didn't owe anything for the consultation visit. Then, a month later I got a bill for $70! I emailed the office, hoping this was just an error or misunderstanding - unfortunately it seems they are not capable of acknowledging an email or sending a reply.

It's really sad to see a skilled professional like Dr. Winter stuck in an office that can't answer emails or provide accurate billing answers.

By the way, to my knowledge this is the ONLY office that bills for an initial consultation!

Dr. Winter and his dental team are the best. All of my dental procedures (root canals) they've done where quick and painless! Dr. Winter is the the best at what he does and they make the dental experience enjoyable everytime!

It's ironic his last name is Dr. Winter, because he's so darn sunny.

This was my first time in the office and it was a great experience. First, the Dr. was wearing an awesome scrubs shirt with whales on it, reminiscent of Lisa Frank. You know, those glorious Lisa Frank dolphin and whale folders you collected in the third grade. Oh the good ole days. Super awesome.

But, furthermore, he was extremely good about explaining everything. He went through detailed photos of my teeth, explained grinding, explained all of the new equipment he was using and seemed genuinely happy to be there.

I only received preventative care today, but will need to come back to have a few cavities filled later. The wonderful lady at the front desk plugged in all of the numbers and clearly outlined how much my insurance would be covering for those services and how much I would owe, so there is no guess work involved for me when I come back. I really appreciate that, and I didn't even have to ask.

The office is lovely, the people are lovely. I and my family will certainly be continuing our care here.
