Usually in the past i loves this place !! But i tried setting up a appointment last week for today (monday) and they told me mondays are our walk In day ..so the best thing to do is call monday.morning at 8am and then make a apointment for later that day..so i try and call ..call finally my grandma gets through after a hour and they tell her they are all booked for today and the next Monday!! So why is it that thursday when i called they could not schedule me !?? But seem that they schedule anyone else that called !! And for some reason tell my grandmai dont need an exam because i had one in 2015!!!

Pretty good dentist office. The staff are always very nice & comforting as well as accommodating when I hurt due to chronic pain they make sure I'm as comfortable as possible & have pillows for my neck & back & don't rush me if I need a moment to collect myself...

The problems are they only do 1 issue at a time like just X-rays & looking over your teeth then make you come back for a teeth cleaning instead of combining easy stuff like that in 1 appt. And it can take forever to get in almost like a lottery system you must win by calling & being the 1st few callers on a certain day (especially if you don't have insurance like my elderly father) unless it's an actual emergency. But even those they delegate to other dental offices at times, like sending me to West DsM for a root canal or even as far as Iowa City. I kinda understand why to a point, but it's a major problem when you have a car problems & they won't compromise especially when they do preform root canals & other procedures but won't cuz of my insurance...

If not for the technicians, nurses & dentist being so great I would lower the stars but they really are great once you're in having work done so for that I give a high rating!

😃 Kindness & a sincere smile can overcome & make up for alot of problems! 😃 More people should try it!

The staff behind the desk are nice and I don't have to wait long. I'm 28 and get anxiety about the dentist, like most people do, except I get panic attacks, you have no idea how bad it is. (Some of you can, but most I don't believe can). The last time I had to have cavities filled and a wisdom tooth out I brought a friend with me and I cried because I was so panicky and wanted to leave, I didn't want to go through with it. So when I learned I had to come back to get three cavities filled I was freaking out. I asked if I could listen to music on my phone with my ear buds on (I like classical for stressful situations) and they said yes, then I asked if they had ice or a cold washcloth I could put behind my neck because it helps with my panic and they got me some, I was also playing with play dough (that I brought). The nurses were VERY accommodating and the dentist, I think I had Dr. Hooker, was amazing at giving me the shots. He put numbing stuff on first on I didn't even feel a pinch from the needle going in! It was the BEST dentist visit I've EVER had!!
