Nobody Wants to go to the ER.... but we needed to and they were Amazing!!! Never have I experienced such professionalism from a staff that truely cared and got us in and out quickly!!!

I honestly will never go there again. I visited ER for back pain. He listened my lungs but never checked my back. With 30 minuets after I check my back. I check in with another er where they told me I fractured bone.

The nurses and techs on 2N were awesome. No one wishes to be hospitalized but this group of outstanding professionals made it all tolerable. They were caring and committed to making sure the patient was well cared for and went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure my mother was handled with dignity.

Horrible , terrible service!!!!!!! My daughter was left sitting in a 8x6 box of a room for 30 hours.
She got 2 meals and vitals twice but nobody told her what was going on they basically ignored us!!!
I even found a hospital that did have beds open so she could at least get care somewhere else, they ignored us. Then when my husband came in with a chip on his shoulder for them ignoring our daughter he was thrown out and then I was thrown out. Very unprofessional. Would of went elsewhere.

The Lady at the outpatient procedure desk did not greet me when I went to get my procedure done, I figured because she was having a bad day, but she sure greeted the white folks that walked in after me! come on people we are in 2017, racism should be gone by now! I just hope I don't have to deal with that anymore, the worse part is I do get charged the same as anyone else, no descrimination there.
