Let my mom out didnt walk her to the exit or offer her a weel chair plus i told her nurse that I would bring the car up to the entrance and the had her exist threw the amblance exit

Usually I receive top notch care and compassion. Ive been here for three emergency surgeries and two blocked bowels that thankfully didnt require surgery. This last visit I had Dr. McClairen has my physician and he has the WORST bed side manner. Every question is in an accusatory tone. And I don't even finish answering before he starts barking out another question. I was in the Marines for 4 years and I'm an infantry veteran of the Persian Gulf War. I know when and why a certain commanding voice is warranted. I'm not an 18 year old kid who needs discipline. I'm a nearly 50 year old man with some serious health and pain issues. I would have rated 1star but I received excellent care when I first got here and also received great care from most of the other staff.......Maybe we got off to a rough start, Dr. McClairen provided much better support prior to discharge. Thank you.

Mercy Medical did an awesome job with my child after she suffered a bad asthma attack on July 1 . All the staff was helpful and caring . We are from out of town and could have not found a better hospital. I thank GOD for all the Staff that took care of Diamond. She is improving but still has a long way to go. Admistration should be proud of all there Nurses , Doctors, Pt,Ot, EKG techs, House keepers. You are all awesome.GOD BLESS🙂🙂🙂🙂 from the family of DIAMOND

I came in by ambulance and felt the care was top notch. I wasn't quite with it in the ER, but friends and family were satisfied with my care at the ER. The follow on visits were excellent. The doctor and her staff (nurses and office staff) were professional and polite. I wouldn't hesitate to send my loved ones here.
