From incident in December of 2014 - They took great care of my 16 yr old son who had been Life Flighted from the Boone Co. Hospital (who used LIFE SAVING JUDGEMENT in choosing to transport him to Mercy by helicopter. They were AMAZING!) after rupturing his spleen at 7 Oaks Snowboarding. The ER Trauma staff kept us informed in real time, ensuring us and following through, that they were on top of everything and were taking all precautions. I felt secure that we were in the best of hands.
