I have banked here for over 12 years. Unfortunately, they are just another bank full of bean counters. They will loan you money if you have plenty of money in the bank already, but if you have assets- like property, they will treat you like crap. Very dissappointed how quickly they (or Zack Ray in commercial lending) shut the door on us without listening. Changing banks as soon as possible! So far, Peoples Trust and Savings and Veridian have proven to be more customer- oriented!
