Very disappointed in Concentra Urgent Care in Des Moines, IA. I arrived at the clinic approximately 0824 AM and was not seen until after 1000 AM. However my need wasn't urgent and either was anyone else's there but a customer should not have to wait that long. The 1 lady at the front desk was rude and un friendly in an environment that is based on costumer service.

Was a quick clean facility for pre-employment screening. Friendly staff.

They could have had me fill out a medical release form to obtain records related to a cardiologist visit instead of having me drive an hour each way to obtain them. A simple drug test and physical turned into an all day affair.

Took 2 and half hours after getting there right when the facility opened, I called 4 times to get my results emailed to me over a weeks span and still haven't received them but the staff and actual services was nice and very friendly and everything went smooth
