Ordered 2 large subs they rang up medium. I let that pass. Wanted 1 italian and 1 hero, got 2 heros. Asked for no tomato because I am allergic to them. Got home and bit right into a tomato. I will never come here again. Never have this problem at the Merle hay location

Not bad service. Just make sure if you don't want something on your sub you tell them 5 times. They may still get it wrong

Very tasty sandwich, but only one employee helping about 10 customers at 6:15 in the evening. Finally a 2nd employee came out of the back after the first yelled angrily at him about how far behind she was. 20 min wait for sandwich. This place is too small for two tv's blaring on different channels. There must be investors throwing these places up that know little and care less about operations.

Update- tried again June, 2017. Still a good sandwich. I was the only customer at 6pm on Friday night, so short wait for order. I guess first impressions are lasting, people are staying away in droves.

Place is very clean and friendly. You can sometimes wait a while for your food, but you can tell that there is quality in their products. It's not just thrown together. Food is very good! I'd have to say portion size is a tad small for the price..
