Not much here anymore. Palmers deli, burger King, chiropractor, sports place and food court upstairs. EMC keeps it clean but not much skywalk traffic unfortunately.

I recommend stopping in, but it needs some updating. There are a few restaurants here that are decent, and have been there for a while. Mostly though, it's small failing restaurants that are only open for lunch.

If you're looking for Mexican food made by an Asian man in the Iowa cornbelt, this is it. This tiny little food court has a good variety of foods and plenty of seating. It's good for a mixed crowd.

Great for winter, just wish there were more stores, but with all the new kind of minions and apartments being built I'm sure it will improve. So y'all get out there and support those stores there there some more will come. I'm sure all you people moving downtown will realize what a necessity and benefit it will be to you. So let's hope for five stars in the future

What a shame. Such a beautiful building and amazing Skywalk access from all points downtown. So why the awful number of empty spaces? 10 years ago it was full and bustling. Maybe when all the new developments of apartments start filling up there will be a need for retail downtown again? But can this place hold on til then? I hope so. What a shame if it goes away......
