it took 2.5 hours for my pizza on Sat, it was then cold. finally i get ahold of a manager in ANOTHER store in Des moines who then says they will be giving me a full refund but she couldn’t do it since it was another stores problem. it’s so far taken 4 days to even talk to someone about my refund, none of the ‘managers’ know how to process it & and my refund has yet to be started. the most recent ‘manager’ got a pretty high pitch rude tone with me- i’ve tried to stay pretty sane about it until this last phone call. i’ve gotten told i’d get a call back 2 times now.

Pros: decent pizza, friendly delivery personnel. Cons: 1 hour late, had to navigate for the delivery person, pizza was cold. Though I like Papa John's, next time I'll just buy a take & bake from a grocer. Not worth the hassle.

Great pizza and great customer service. The store seemed nice and clean on the inside as well.

First let me say the delivery staff have always been nice and do a good job. However, I have had repeated issues with the quality of the pizzas. Forgotten ingredients. Little ingredients. Incomplete orders. You know, is it too much to ask that you give me a real half and half pizza when I request it and not a 1/3 and 2/3 pizza? Is it to much to ask to have an even amount of all ingredients and not a sloppy sprinkling? A random occurrence of bad pizza is forgivable, but every time? I am done.

Pizza is good but customer service is terrible! Employees including managers are rude. Even when they have delivered our order wrong they refuse to make it right or redeliver.
