This place sucks. Cold pizza, cut badly, burn bubbles, inconsistent sauce and toppings. Avoid at all costs
10-31-17 gave Them another chance and the pizza was pretty good about 11am.

I've ordered carryout from this location more times than I care to admit (you know you've been there too often when multiple employees can recognize you at the counter). For the most part, the pizzas are ready when I arrive, and delicious. There have been a couple times, however, when my "extra sauce" request has been mistakenly interpreted as "no sauce", which kills the pizza for me, but I guess that's my fault for ordering an oddball pizza and failing to inspect it when they do the whole carryout show and tell routine.
I can't speak for their delivery service, as I'm a frugal bastard who orders carryout specials and doesn't want to pay for delivery charges.

I wish I could give zero stars. Our stuffed crust pizza was as thin as paper, our garlic parmesean wings tasted like they were just dipped in grease and garlic powder, and the side of marinara sauce was the consistency of water. This place is absolutely terrible.

I've ordered from this store a couple of different times, hoping my first experience was just a bad day, but the horrible service is a consistent issue.
After waiting for Almost an hour & a half on my order tonight I called the store to get an update. Two different people that I spoke with had absolutely no idea what they were doing & told me they had no record of my order, after keeping me on hold for about five minutes. When I asked what to do to resolve the problem, the lady on the phone said "I have no idea". after contacting Pizza Hut's customer care line the operator was able to pull up my order in less than a minute & told me the order would be delivered in about 10 minutes.
The pizza that was delivered was not worth the money I spent. It was cold, had no cheese, & was missing toppings.
I will not be ordering from this location ever again; horrible service every time.

This pizza Hut has horrible customer service! The lady answering the calls tonight was so rude! It's not my fault you can't make your orders right, and forget sauces that clearly are advertised to come with food. Tonight I placed an order and my kids got their cheese sticks with no sauce, called the store to ask if they can call the driver and see if he forgot it. Since my kids are picky eaters and require the "red sauce" that comes with cheese sticks!!! Besides I spent over $50 I want it to be exactly right! She tells me cheese sticks don't come with any sauce, and what did I expect. She then told me it's only 60 cents and not a big deal! Really!?! Maybe not to you, it's no big deal to mess up things that aren't yours. I wasn't even upset, until she started being such a b###. Telling me she can credit my account 60 cents because that's what it was worth. What about the sticks that will be cold when you decide to send us the sauce? Nothing. So she's literally sending a driver to my house with sauce, and it's been over 20 minutes now. I most likely won't give it to my kids because they probably did something to it. Not trusting it. Horrible place, rude staff. Done ordering from here, and pizza Hut was our favorite after the way I was treated (not even about absent sauce) I will NOT order here again.
