Extremely rude staff and premium mediocre food.
Cashier was basically rolling her goth eyeballs that anyone would be so basic and uncool as to order food at a restaurant. She was also rude to my dining companions about ordering tacos with meat on them.
Could not find a seat in the uncomfortably hot dining area so asked for my food to be made to-go. A seat opened up shortly thereafter so I sat down. The staff member handing my food said something to the effect of “oh wow, I made this to-go and now you’re sitting down here huh?”
The food was underwhelming, expensive, and there wasn’t enough of it (as the Woody Allen joke goes, such bad food...and such small portions).

Just kinda ehhhhh. Definitely agree with other posts about the saltiness of the food. Best part of the meal was the masa fries for sure. The vegan tot taco was not so great.

It's great for what it is--a grungy taco shop. Go with that expectation and you'll be pleased. Really tasty and unique food!!

If I could give this place 0 stars I totally would. Absolutely disgusting. The restaurant and the staff are nasty. The food is also not worth how much you pay for. I got the nachos and my chips were greasy and gross and of course I didn’t finish the food. I sat at a table where I had a clear view of their kitchen and that alone looked like a disease infestation where it wasn’t clean and looked like something out of a horror film. I have no idea how they’re still open and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Not bad. A bit heavy on the shredded cabbage, but tasty tortillas and meat in the tacos. Prices for the tacos were about what I'd expect for a place like this. Staff was friendly enough, and the pumpkin spice ice cream was great. Ambiance was a bit lacking, but overall a good place for a quick, trendy lunch.
