Salon and staff are truly exceptional!! Went in for last minute styling for a wedding and Janae did an OUTSTANDING job!!! I received so many compliments and felt like a superstar!

Very bad experience today. I went there in hope of securing new stylist but I will never go back. My stylist was rough, pulled on my hair so bad I was miserable. She colored not just my hair but also inside of my ears, my checks, nose and majority of my forehead. At the end she didn't give me mirror to see if I like it. I was mad but sill tipped her well. I left just to find out few blocks away that my face looked like a clown and paint was everywhere! So I went back. No apology and she tried to clean my face. Again not much better. I had to go back to woke so I just left. So disappointed

I've recently just been to Axis for the first time and I can honestly say it was the best Salon I've ever been to. the hairstylist, ask for Brittany. Sat with me and talked to me about what I would like to do to get a better understanding, she got my hair just wanted it and even spent time after hours trying to show me different ways I can style I've got to say the best place I've ever been to so far. I definitely will be back.

They can cut hair but they can't run a business. My first impression was bad. I called to schedule an appointment. I showed up and they confused me with someone else. Someone ended up deleting my appointment. They were nice and apologized and had another available person cut my hair. I understand mistakes can be made. The second time I decide to do a walk-in. I show up at 11am on Thursday, posted hours on google maps, and there is NO ONE there. I waited until 11:15 to see if someone would show up, nothing. I knocked on both doors and there was no note indicating their hours or if someone couldn't make it in today.
