My experiences with staff and doctors has been exemplary. At first, the patient influx was overwhelming the clinic but the clinic eliminated every little inconvenience. It's humming nicely. Staff is GRREAT!

This is a horribly run clinic with terrible staff issues. My family doctor sent my paperwork here and I was told they would contact me. After not hearing back for 4 weeks, I spent 3 hours trying to get a hold of them. Eventually I got them on the phone. They said they had to get another doctor to sign something, they were VERY unclear about everything. They said they would call back sometime in the next 4 weeks. That was over 3 and a half months ago......so I called again recently only to find out they had apparently "lost" all of my paperwork and all of my medical information that was provided to them. It angers me that I have been treated so poorly and left in the dark about where my medical records are or who has them now. I do not trust these people and will tell everyone I know not to go to this horrible excuse of a Cannabis Clinic.

I attended this clinic it was a pleasant and smooth process. Staff was caring and knowledgable. It was a bit weird the first time seeing the doctor on the computer but none the less he was compassionate and understanding. I already notice a change in my pain levels I see a bright future now! I found this place to be very professional and caring wasn't sure what I was expecting at first but they have given me a great outlook. Look forward to my follow up.

DO NOT USE THIS CLINIC. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU . THEY GET YOUR OHIP PAYMENT FROM THE GOVERNMENT AND THEN DROP YOU.
IF YOUR LOOKING FOR MEDICAL CANNABIS GO ELSEWHERE.

This does seem like a dubious outfit. My doctor's referral was never followed up by a return call from this clinic to me. There is no point in going over to talk to them at the clinic because they don't allow walk-ins and when you call their phone number, the call does not go through as though the line is disconnected. If they have a problem with the diagnosis and referral, they should at least let you know what is going on. This is a serious matter,.... being pushed toward using synthetic pharmaceuticals for my medical problem. I hope the Medical Association that we are paying for, is taking heed of this poor service.
