Worst place ever. They will do everything in thier power to deny you the money you are owed. Its impossible to get a hold of anyone by phone. When something happens on thier end they act like its your fault. If yoy do get ahold of someone half the time they just act like they are helping but when you call next time they tell you nobodys done anything.

The UIA needs to be replaced. I have now tried filing twice for unemployment, once in December and once in July, and was not able to receive benefits both times for no justifiable reason. The system is all automated and rather difficult, and if there is a problem with it (like there has been for me every time I've used it so far) there is no way to contact an employee at the UIA for support. Any sort of error or mistake on your end or theirs and you can't receive essential income because there is no way to contact an employee for help. This system is truly screwing over the most disenfranchised people who are just trying to make livings.

You have to pay for parking and the staff arent the most helpful but they are courteous

If i could rate no stars i would. This place is extremely unprofessional and lacks any sort of customer service. They messed up issuing my weekly benefit payment due to "technical difficulties" and i was told that the payment would be issued the next day, mind you, in order to receive this information i had to call 24 times only to be called back over 2 hours later. Next day arrives, no payment and the information under my account is still not reporting correctly. So i literally had to call 66 TIMES just to get to the point where i could leave a call back number to be called within "1 hour and 30 minutes to 2 hours". To finally get to this call back number took over a time span of 3 hours. So now i have wait 2 more hours in order to receive a call back from someone who still probably wont provide help. UPDATE: after giving my # to be promised a call back within 2 hours, NO ONE called me back, i tried to call again but of course the line was too busy to get through and now they're closed. I first called at 9am this morning and now its 4pm with no resolution and not being able to even speak with a representative. The absolute worst place.
