The staff here are very very rude... I was attending a show at the Fox Theater Peppa Pig while waiting for the doors to open with my three-year-old cousin she had to use the restroom being 3 she could only hold it for so long so I took her here to use The restroom the first person I saw who worked there I asked if they had a restroom open to the public I proceeded to say if not I'm willing to buy something so The lady was very rude she laughed in my face and said I hate when people come up here just to use the restroom they need to take the kids to the restroom before they come to see a show which without her knowing I did take her but she is also three years old I can't help it if she has to use the restroom I made her hold it until she couldn't any longer I told her multiple times I'm willing to pay if it's that big of a problem to let her go to the restroom but instead she just kept laughing and saying how she should've went to the restroom before no other Employee stepped in they all just stood around while she was talking I proceeded to take my cousin into the restroom after telling her off soon after in the restroom another woman with her son came in the situation that I had was nowhere near the same as the one that she had they were nice to her but he told her where it was didn't say she had a buy anything and let her go and take her son to the restroom when my cousin was finished we went back up into the restaurant section I was willing to pay for drinking even though she was very rude while I was going to buy a drink she came back up to me and told me that I was rude and that her coworker is not the same I would like to know how it's rude for me telling her how I would pay for a drink to let my cousin go to the restroom
No other employee came up and said sorry for the way that she acted I will be taking what happened and complaining to the manager I feel I was nowhere in the wrong and for her to act the way she did towards me was horrible I will never step foot in to this place again and I will be posting about what happened on all of my social media pages

I rate the staff 10/10
If you visit this establishment, ask to be waited on by Nick, he is the kindest most polite waiter ever, he takes care to be sure you have everything you need.

I rate the drinks 7/10. They are strong but not at all tastey. I ordered the cinnamon toast and it tasted like black licorice.

I rate the food 10/10. The Gnocci is highly recommended.

If you're in town, check this place out. It's also very fancy and has fair pricing.

Great location - especially for just before a show at Fox Theatre. Skip the lava cake and go for just the tomato sauce on the pasta with kiddos. Salads are fresh and tasty - not soggy. If you are not a fan of creamy salad dressing - skip the homemade Italian dressing. The ranch dressing definitely passed the kid test!
