Pizza is average. I ordered.. pizza took about 10 minutes more than first told.. female delivered the pizza, the total and tip was clearly wrote out.. delivery driver tried getting a double tip! Poor customer service from the driver!

My friends and I have ordered from them before and it took 3 hours for them to deliver the pizza and we were upset. We thought we would try them again the other night and we called them at 9:00 to place in the order and it took them until 9:30 to call us back and let us know they didn't have one of the toppings we had requested, which was fine, but still odd it took them that long. And we did not receive the delivery until 11:00 that night and the pizza was cold. It took 2 hours for them to deliver ONE SMALL PIZZA and it wasn't even warm. If you're hungry and want good and hot pizza delivered to your house within good timing, it would be best to order from somewhere else.

If I could give Passport Pizza 6 stars I would. The food is excellent, the menu is extensive, the pricing is highly affordable, the delivery drivers are nice and the owner, Vince, is a wonderful proprietor. I order from PP often and would recommend it over Jet's, Domino's, Happy's and Sgt Pepperoni's.
A couple of weeks ago, during a snowstorm, my delivery was severely delayed. I went to the store to see where it was and voice my frustration (respectfully) and Vince, the owner, apologized profusely and said there was confusion and complications with the delivery driver due to the snowstorm. He gave me a free pizza and sub right then to take home, and then told me my next order would be free and credited also, which I utilized later in the week. Today I stopped in to pick up a pizza and Vince recognized me. He also gave me that pizza tonight for free!
I disagree fully with the negative reviews for PP. The only time I ever experienced a problem, management went above and beyond to make things right. I highly recommend Passport Pizza to anyone. Try the "California!"

I would give it zero stars if I could. Ordered to our hotel, told they only took cash which we were fine with. Told 45 minutes and they took our order, then never showed up. Total BS. Don't waste your time.
