On 12/4/16, 12:30 pm I was a part of a group of 6. We had a reservation confirmed. When we got there the place was closed. There was no sign on the door. We waited around.Tried to call and the number didn't work. There wasn't a message on their facebook page either that they were closed. Finally we received a fb instant message back that they had Heat trouble, Really? and when did you know. I think they were closed anyway, that is what the internet said. My group headed downtown to Sunday Bliss #motorcitykitchen where the food and music was great.

Absolutely wonderful place. Their Sunday brunch is one of the best in the city. $15 gets you a really nice buffet and an additional $5 keeps you happy with bottomless Mimosas.
The staff is incredibly friendly and the service impeccable. You never have to ask for anything yet you never get the impression that they're hovering.
It"s truly a hidden gem. Highly recommend.

I'm giving The Bridge a reserved 4. The concept is cool. Some of the food is excellent. The servers work hard and can be quite charming. But a lot of the details need work. Consistency is not great. The kitchen misfires sometimes. Service can sometimes be slow. All in all, though, this is a real Detroit experience put together by real Detroiters and it's worth a visit.

Pros- the band was off the chain.. I really enjoyed the band.. The place was packed and the restaurant is really nice on the inside...
Cons- It took over an hour for us to get our food once we ordered. I asked for a side or house salad and that took almost two hours to get. My daughter never got her food along with many others in our party. Many people walked out.. We ended up going to Wendy's on the way home. Drinks were not good, ran out of alot of options to order.
I can see this place does have potential but the owner has a lot of work to do first.. She needs a floor manager, head Bartender,and kitchen manager.
If it wasn't for the band, I would've walked out.
