Omg that parking lot! And why is the woman at the front so RUDE!?!? Jeez. It's a coney island. You're not God. Stop acting like a total bia and treat people with some common decency. I don't need you to smile, but at least say "hello" instead of "what do you want". When you talk to people, they shouldn't feel like you're doing them a favor by taking their order. We should feel welcome. Our orders are how you get paid.

Food was delicious we had the bacon burger combos. First time visiting the place.I ordered at the drive thru and was told to pull to the window where there was massive potholes filled with water. The whole one side of the building was like a water filled small lake. I inched slowly not knowing how bad these water filled potholes were, once my small car dropped deep down into one I immediately backed up and went inside to pay. I told the waitress about it she nonchalantly says "Yeah, customers have been complaining about it, but the owner isn't going to fix it because we're moving soon." I was so upset at how she didn't bother to give a fair warning about the situation once I ordered and instead tried to have me dive deep in that lake of a parking lot all for a couple of burgers. Once inside I noticed the sign on the window says cash only.....that was never said while taking my order in the drive thru so that means if I did sink my car in the lake to get to the pickup window and handed off a card I wouldn't have been able to get my food,but I could be using that card to pay for a tow truck to pull my car out.smh she did mention that they have an atm, but with all that was going on I wouldn't have used that thing if you paid me. All and all the food was delicious, but the risk you take to get it....never necessary!!

The parking lot is an absolute disaster. Everyone sounds like they're just extremely rude arrogant person. They're at least six potholes leading up to the drive-thru window which is covered by a green sludge water that is probably sewer or whatever else comes out of the ground in Detroit. Every time I come here they mess up my order and it's not that hard to listen to someone. Your only job is to take orders all day.

Customer service was horrible!! No greeting! Cashier acted like she was doing me a favor for taking my order!! 😛😛😛

Food is good, but the parking lot is horrendous. There are wide , deep, waterfilled potholes everywhere . It is hard to drive in the lot . Also, the staff has horrible attitudes , when they are asked questions about the menu.
