Very unpleasant waxing experience. She overcharged me too. She charged me for a full Brazilian when I didn't even get one. Awful and painful waxing experience. She burnt me.

Like a few others that have attended this spa my Brazilian wax done by the owner also burned and severely bruised me she should no longer be doing waxings I have had so many of them and have never been hurt like this and was also told I had bad skin here which I have never been told before but on a high note I did get a massage that even though she was not registered was the best massage I have ever had ( should mention that I'm a massage therapist) so I have had a lot of them young blond girl she does esthetics normally I believe wish I could remember her name it was truly fabulous so definitely wouldn't go back for waxing but will be going back for that massage if she is still there

My experience at La Fleur Spa:
It was pleasant, Marlene she explained everything that needed to be done, the day before, and because of that.
I was prepared that day, for my spray tan.

The next day after, I got a lot of complements about my tan.
It is a natural and even tone for my completion.
Most people would think that I spent meanly days and hours in the sun to get such a nice colour.
It has been 5 day’s now and I still have a beautiful tan.
I would say this is the greatest tan I have ever had.
“I would recommend this a 5 star experience”.

I had my nails taken care of to the furthest of lengths by Kayla. I also went for my first floatation therapy session and I can without any doubt say that I can't remember the last time I felt that relaxed and at ease. This service provides the treatment that everyone deserves to feel focused and rejuvenated to get back to the daily grind of life. It was as if I had a full mental reset.

10/10 would recommend for anyone looking to experience a new form of meditation.

Hands down the worst waxing I have ever received in my life. I got my legs waxed (whole) and she missed so many hairs that it didn't look waxed at all. The lady who owned the spa did my waxing and brought her phone into the waxing room with her (just made me slightly uncomfortable). The entire time she was waxing my legs and was very obviously not getting any hair out, she told me I had bad skin and I needed to exfoliate, etc. etc. Which, yes, I know, but I don't need to be told 7 times because you're doing a bad job at waxing. Just rude. I then got a gel manicure (which cost $35 for just the mini) by another worker and the nail polish was peeling within 2 days. Parking across the street is free when you go inside and ask them for a business card to display on your dashboard. I made the mistake of paying for a pay-and-display ticket and only then was I informed of this as they did not tell me about this before. Oh, and the only positive thing about them is you get 10% off if you show them your student card. But since the prices are so high, going to another place would be better than saving that 10% anyway. Overall, this place is a 0/5 for me and I would not recommend this place to anybody nor come here again.
